Q&A
Do you accept small custom orders?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom orders is 500 pieces. The optimal order range is 1,000 to 3,000 pieces. For orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, feasibility will depend on the product's size and characteristics.
Can I place an order if I only have a photo, without drawings or samples?
No. The bending angles, material specifications, and chamfering details cannot be accurately determined from a photo alone. These details significantly impact production feasibility and costs, so we require technical drawings or samples for confirmation.
What materials are available for customization?
We primarily process SUS304 stainless steel. For other materials, please refer to our Wire Development Solutions section.
